The Oxford Group can provide access to Raymond James' merchant banking
subsidiary, Raymond James Capital, which invests in private companies
to generate attractive returns for investors. The fund seeks to assist
exceptional management teams in maximizing the value of their companies
through equity investments, including recapitalizations of family-
or entrepreneurial-owned businesses and management buyouts.
Raymond James Capital will invest $3 million to $10
million in a single opportunity. The fund considers companies with
revenues in excess of $15
million, positive cash flow and a recurring-revenue business model
that are in the industrial growth, consumer products, energy, health
care and service industries with a recurring revenue business model.
To identify, negotiate and add value to potential investments, the
principals of Raymond James Capital have access to the full resources
of Raymond James, including the Investment Banking and Equity Research
Departments.
